Ordering
from Swoopshades
is very easy. Once you've chosen the Swoopshade
style and materials and/or the PLAMP
or accessories you would like, email us at swoopshades@yahoo.com.
Please include your zip code so that we can estimate shipping
charges, and let us know how you found us. We check our inventory to
be certain that your order is in stock, or if you are ordering a
custom shade, we make certain that we reserve the materials
necessary for your Swoopshade.
Then we either email or call to confirm your order, and to get your
authorization to charge your credit card. (The information we
request includes: the full name as it appears on the credit card,
the card number and expiration date, the last three numbers in the
signature line on the back of the card, the billing and shipping
addresses, and the phone number.) We ship your items via Fedex
Ground the day after authorization, and you usually receive them in
under a week. (Custom orders take a little longer, and require a 50%
